Consortium partners

Following the signature and success of the commitment charter between the project's founders on 20 June 2023, it became clear that the partnership needed to evolve in order to :

allow the integration of new partners,
regulate the legal and juridical boundaries between the public and private members,
define the mutual rights and obligations of each member,
set out the terms and conditions for the provision of the services offered by the partners.

It was decided that a dual legal structure with the creation of an association, PEM2i Entreprises (in October 2024), and a PEM2i consortium agreement would govern all private and public partnerships.

In 2025, a PEM2i consortium agreement will be signed by the PEM2i Entreprises association and the academic partners (INRAE, UCA and VetAgro Sup), with the establishment of its governance bodies: a Strategic Orientation Council (COS) and a Coordination Unit (CC).
