The projects
The PEM2i building, a symbolic shared hub for all of our actions
The PEM2i facility, a powerful symbol and convergence point for all our initiatives is a 600 m² building dedicated to industrial microbiology.
Integrated in the local architecture of the Cantal and designed to respect its environment, and is scheduled for completion in 2027. Located on the hills, north of Aurillac, above the Château de Saint-Etienne, it will host students, researchers and industry partners in both shared and confidential areas.
The building will include :
- classrooms, meeting rooms, collaborative workspaces, and functionnable administrative offices
- training and service laboratories, equipped with PEM2i equipment: Maldi TOF biotyper, BioLector XT and bioreactors, etc.
